Hi friends! This week over at the Time Out blog is our CASE week.
This is the beautiful card we are case-ing by Ardyth. Such a beauty!
I went with the red, green, and black as well as the gold strip on the bottom. I stamped this beautiful flower in red and scarlet colors and then some greens for the leaf and stem. The happy outline was stamped in black first then in the same red as the flower. I added the gold strip on the bottom and the gold sequins.
You can see more from the Time Out DT and our guest, Marina, on the Time Out blog.
Thanks for stopping by!

Great how the colour fades in the sentiment and a beautiful poppy! Hugs, Gerrina
totally stunning Lisa. I adore the huge flower and such depth in the colours. I also like the changing colours on the sentiment. Did you use a misti for this? I just got a mini one and am trying to pick up a few tips!
So beautiful! Love the shading on the sentiment and the richness of your poppy! So thrilled to think I helped inspire this!
Fabulous ombré sentiment, Lisa ... gorgeous with that big bold colour-saturated poppy! Hugs, Anita :)
I LOVE this interpretation of Ardyth's inspiration piece. Love the ombre sentiment! So happy to be joining you on the TO DT!
Your single flower is so striking and beautiful. What a great CASE of Ardyth's card.
So funny that we were both inspired to use poppies :) I just love the large single flower - and that halftone sentiment is so gorgeous (definitely going in my shopping basket!) Beautiful card!
Wonderful CASE, Lisa! I love that bold sentiment and your single flower, beautifully done!
Those matte gold sequins are gorgeous and really set off the whole card. Beautiful. Jenny xx
