My Time Made Easy Post Release - Boo Bag!

Happy Labor Day everyone!  I hope you are enjoying your day with family and friends!  We were at our cabin yesterday for a big party!  I'm tired toay, and it's back to work tomorrow after a nice, long summer vacation.

So did you see the new release from My Time Made Easy yet?  Stop by the store and take a look at all the new products there!  Today I'm using the new cut file called Boo Bag.  This is the cutest little bag!  All you need is one 12x12 sheet of cardstock to create it!  Look at the three different bags I created with this one template!

First up is the bat.  Is this not stinkin' cute?  Love it!  I created his face with parts that come with the template.  I stippled some red ink on the whites of his eyes to make it look bloodshot and some red on his fangs too because, well he's a bat!  (Reminded me of a vampire and Edward...yuck!)  I added red crystals for his eyes.  It's filled with some red filler and a red sheer polka dotted ribbon closes it up.

Next is the pumpkin.  So simple, yet so pretty!  To create this, I didn't cut out the handle piece like you see on the bat.  I left it out so I could add this decorative piece (also included) cut out of some old SU paper.  I also cut out the face in black and layered it on top.  The bag is held shut with this green satin ribbon.  I punched a hole in the top of the bag and strung it through, then added the leaves (Prima, I think).

And last, but not least, is my cute girlie ghost!  She's seen something that has left her a little stunned!  LOL!  I used the same eyes as the bat, but added purple crystals for her eyes.  The mouth was created on my Silhouette Cameo.  I just used the shape feature to draw an oval.  The body of the ghost was created using the decorative piece from the cut file in this new digital paper called Hauntingly Homemade.  Then I had to add a little flower to her.  There's some purple filler in there to match.

These are all waiting to be filled with some candy for Halloween!  All three bags took about 30 minutes to create!  These would be great for favors for a Halloween party.  They could also be made for Easter.  That middle piece could easily be made into an Easter egg!  Oh the possibilities!

Want to see more inspiration from the team?  Here's who's posting today.  Stop by and take a peek.

Happy first day back to school, Lisa:)!! All these little trick or treat bags are perfect for the occasion, and as always, I'm so impressed by what you always seem to have on hand;)!! Just a little purple filler for this bag and some perfect red filler for the bat bag and of course some white and orange for the pumpkin. Just conveniently lying around in my stash, right?!!! You must have a BIG stash and I know it is all perfectly organized. Nice to see all the little beauties you create.
