No embellishments? That certainly is a challenge, but with the right dies, paper, and ink it's a cinch! I made tags for this Christmas Card Challenge. I didn't add any ribbon or twine through the holes of the tags because I thought it would be considered an embellishment. But there will be some added when I put these on gifts!
I just got these tag builder blueprints dies from MFT last weekend from my LSS and had to use them. I created three different ones using the various dies in the set and paper scraps. Love this one. The sentiment is from PTI and was stamped in Versamark and embossed in white.
I added some pretty Delicata gold ink on this one. Love the scalloped edge of the tag.
This picture is too light. The tag is a much darker blue. I embossed some snowflakes on this one.
What can you create without any embellishments? Stop by the Christmas Card Challenge blog to see more inspiration from the team and play along!
Also, we are having a DT call. You can see the details here. It's great being on this team. No rushing at the last minute to get those cards done, and you can use all those fabulous holiday stamps you have!
I'm also entering these in the Addicted to CAS challenge. My JUGs teammate Vicki is the hostess and my tags fit the bill!
Thanks for stopping by!
