Hi everyone! The Time Out challenge this time around is our Theme Challenge with an optional twist. The theme is "holiday" and the optional twist is "no stamping" (except the sentiment!).
Since the twist on this challenge was not to stamp anything (except the sentiment), I went to my holiday dies and chose this lovely one. I die cut it from some white glitter paper and adhered it to turquoise cardstock. Then I heat embossed the sentiment in white. I added some Nuvo crystal drops and covered them in fine glitter to match the glitter paper. Easy peasy!
This challenge is sponsored by Uniko. Check out the Time Out blog to read more about the prize, see more inspiration from the Time Out design team, and our guest, Aileen.
Thanks for stopping by!

Wonderful card Lisa, the white-blue combo is so fresh looking and wintry and that die is just stunning!
Love the gorgeous detailed die cut! Beautiful!
I love this colour combo, the base colour looks stunning with that delicate die, a real beauty Lisa x
I have this die in my stash (one of my faves) and I always use it horizontally - I have never thought about using it vertically but your card has totally inspired me. I love the crisp effect that you created with the white and blue colour combo - and that greeting complements the die cut perfectly!
Magical, Lisa ... the shimmery white against that gorgeous turquoise is so deliciously frosty looking! Hugs, Anita :)
Beautiful card Lisa, I love that die cut and the urge to buy it is so strong but being in Australia in the middle of summer it feels wrong. So I just settle with admiring the winter cards overseas. Using the glitter card stock really highlights the die cut.
Sooo pretty! I love the water panel and those layered fish are beautiful!
I love blue and white for X-mascards...so you can imagen that I loved this one from the first time I saw it! Hope you don't mind that I pinned it for inspiration! Hugs, Gerrina
