Time Out #79 - CASE Challenge

Hey friends!  The challenge over at Time Out is a CASE challenge.  We have a lovely card to CASE.

This card is by Jenny Mullins.  I love bird houses and these are so fun!

This challenge is sponsored by Verve, and Julee graciously gave the Time Out DT stamp sets to work with.  I got this one called Hip Hop Bunnies.  So cute!  I chose two of the bunnies to color up and I placed them on the card similar to where the bird houses are and sponged some ink similar to Jenny's card.  I also used kraft cardstock like she did.  The white background looked plain, so I noticed that carrot stamp and decided to stamp it all over the background.  The bunnies sort of look like peeps to me!

The winner of this challenge will get a stamp set of their choice from Verve.

You can see more about the challenge and inspiration from the Time Out design team and our guest for this challenge, Izzy, on the Time Out blog.

I'm also entering this in the 30 Day Coloring Challenge!

Thanks for stopping by!

What a funny CASE Lisa ! I love how you interpreted Jenny's card with the placement, the background inking and the Kraft support card ! These two bunnies are so adorable in pink and blue ! They will make the happiness of some children for Easter ! And what a great idea the background with the stamped carrots (don't you think that they seem to have eyes, it's like if they are looking at me ! So funny !). Happy to share this fortnight with you all ! And thanks for sharing and inspiring.

Hi Lisa. Thsi is such an adorable creation. Love the pink ad blue bunnies and the opposite color sponging behind each of them. The carrots in the background are fantastic. Love the kraft card base and sentiment banner. Great CASE of Jenny's card.

I love the way you coloured the bunnies - the soft pastels are such perfect Easter colours and they pop beautifully against that fun black and white carrot background! Very fun Easter card!

Great idea to stamp monotone carrots as the backdrop and I love the subtle ink blending in complementary colors behind each of the bunnies - great idea. The colouring on this card is really fab too. Such a fun card. Jenny x
