Time Out #185 - Photo Inspiration

Hello everyone!  The new challenge at Time Out is our Photo Inspiration challenge.  I'm am so in love with this photo and wish I could be sitting in one of those chairs!

We are sponsored by Kitchen Sink Stamps for this challenge.

I have had this Berries stamp set for a while and this is the first time I'm using it.  It includes images for blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries.  I chose the raspberries because they are close to the color of the flowers in the photo.  I chose a color close to the chairs for the stem also.  The diagonal die is reminiscent of the blue bead board on the ceiling of the porch.  I masked off the edges and larger diagonal stripe and blended blue ink on the smaller diagonal pieces.   I stamped the raspberries in three different inks and the stem in two inks and then stamped the sentiment in black.  I die cut the diagonal cover up piece several times to make it more dimensional.  I added the crystals but it looked so bare.  I had some butterflies that were on my desk from another project and colored them with blue ink.  Lastly, I spritzed the panel with shimmer spray.

I love you picked so much from the photo and especially the diagonal planks-gives your card such an original feel. Gorgeous layered stamping and love the colours and those sweet little butterflies!

I love your interpretation of the photo, Lisa. Love the diagonal stripes of the "head boards", The berries are stamped beautifully and the script of that sentiment is gorgeous. The butterflies were the perfect finishing touch.
