My Time Made Easy - Wedding/Bakery Shoppe

Hi everyone! I have another Shop Around Mega Template to share with you today. This is such a cool template and the possibilities for designing one are endless! The stamps and accessories (cut files and digital paper) that compliment it are fabulous! You can see all the new products released this month at the My Time Made Easy store here.

A teacher I work with just got married in August and our team wanted to get her a gift card, and we needed something to present the gift in. I decided to make a wedding/bakery shoppe in her wedding colors. She wore an ivory gown with a pretty blue sash, so I went with those colors.
I had this real pretty ribbon to incorporate into my design which was the perfect color. I cut the template on Poison Ivory metallic paper using my Cricut and SCAL program, then I stamped the flowers from the Home Improvement stamp set. The stamp is a straight one and I wanted a swag design on the house, so I just bent the stamp on the block and stamped away! They were colored with copics (and didn't bleed through the paper, which was a nice surprise). I printed the roof on brocade blue paper using the Custom Construction Materials Color Me Pretty digital paper (love this!). I also used the scraps from what was left over to cut the door using the Home Improvements Coordinating Cuts cut file. I also used Shoppe Window stamp set for the lanterns. I added the pop up window from the accessories that come with this mega template and a window from Home Improvement stamp set. I stamped this sentiment from So Sentimental on brocade blue and punched it with an SU punch. I used the large window, curtains (stamped in brocade blue), and the attic window, all from the Home Improvement stamp set on this side of the house. I stamped the wedding cake image (from On Display 1) in the window, colored it with copics, and added some star dust stickles. On this side I stamped the fence from Home Improvement stamp set. I colored the little heart with a blue copic marker. On the final side, I stamped two small windows from Home Improvement stamp set, then stamped it again twice on scrap paper. I cut out the awning and window box and mounted them with dimensionals for a 3-D look. They were also colored with copic markers.

That's it! I hope she likes it (how can she not? LOL!!)! I love it and hate to give it away! In fact, all the Shop Around templates I've made have been given away as gifts, so I have NONE!!! But I can always make more, and I love to give them away! :-)

Stop by tomorrow to see a group MTME post. We'll all be using the Homemade Card and Envelope cut file (only $2.50!) to make some fab cards! Hope to see you back here! Today was my first day back at school with the kiddos! I'll be exhausted all week, but I won't be too exhausted to read your comments! Thanks for stopping in today!
