Happy Saturday! Just Us Girls has a new color challenge this week brought to us by our cowgirl Elise! I happen to LOVE these colors, don't you?
This is what I came up with and it took me all of 20 minutes to create! This great sketch came from the Clean and Simple sketch blog. I thought it was a pretty cool sketch! The paper is Blink of an Eye from My Mind's Eye. It had all the colors in it that Elise chose! I just used three different circle punches, three differnt patterns, played around with the layout, secured them in place, and then trimmed off the excess. The sentiment is from PTI's Half and Half set and was stamped in Pumpkin Pie ink. This cream panel is layered onto a Pumpkin Pie panel and then onto a kraft base.
Here's the cool sketch from Clean and Simple.
And now you have to see what the JUGs design team and our guest did with these colors.

Fun way to use the sketch~ Love all the circles
Completely in love with the sketch you used....and those fabulous argyle papers!
Fabulous use of the sketch and the colors .
Your sketch got my gears turning:) They will likely grind to a halt since there is little time to play, but WOW 20 min!! Great when that's all it takes to come up with a beauty. You could do multiples and have a stash;) YAY MULTIPLES--NOT!!
Hi Lisa! This is a beautiful card and I really love it. As a former Yankee of 15 years living in upstate New York in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region (Canandaigua), Buffalo was just up the Thruway in about 1-1/2 hours. I sure do miss Harry's, Tonawanda Blue (you know what I'm talking about - the bridge), LaNova's, Wegmans, the best and real hot wings, and some good Greek and Italian food. I also miss being able to head over to the Canadian side of the Falls and Niagara-on-the-Lake (stay away from the ice wine - it's a killer). So the next time you go and visit the Prince of Wales Hotel at NOTL, think of me :) However, I do not miss the winter weather. So glad to have taken up a lot of space on your blog today, LOL. Take care!
Thank you so much for playing along with us at the Clean and Simple Stamping Blog (Fall to Layout). Have a great week!
Great take on the sketch - I'd love for you to link up at 52 Card Pickup this week!
