Hi all! It's Wild Card Week at Just Us Girls and Ina chose for us to make a fancy fold card.
I hope this qualifies as a fancy fold. It folds flat to fit into an envelope. This was done with the dies and stamps from Concord & 9th called Birthday Stacks. The balloons, word, and presents are all at different levels and are stacked for more dimension. I stamped the balloons and presents in Versamark and heat embossed them with white embossing powder. I added shimmer to the word and also added sequins.
I used this week colors from the Color Throwdown challenge.
You can see more from our JUGs design team as well as our June guest, Marlena, on the JUGs blog. This is her last week with us and we'd like to thank her for her great creations this month.
Thanks for stopping by!
Recipe

This is really neat looking! I love all the elements and with the colors you chose, it's perfect!
Oh Lisa what a fantastic 'fancy fold' card you have made here. Brilliantly put together. Awesome celebration card. You certainly nailed this challenge.
Really unique and a gorgeous special fold design! Thanks so much for joining us at Color Throwdown!
Perfect that it folds flat -- super fun standing up too
Awesome creation! I love how every element is on it's own level giving this great dimension. Definitely a fancy fold in my book!
I was so tempted to use this set for my card, Lisa. It kind of reminds me of my bridge card but definitely more elaborate. Great job with all the embossing.
