For today's project, I really wanted to make a black and white project. I haven't done one in a long while, and I thought it would look really pretty on this box. I re-colored this paper from the new Regal Round Up digital paper pack in black using GIMP. I cut a strip to decorate the the bottom of the box. I also used it to create the bow with the Bow-Tied cut file (I really love this bow!). I added some doily trim using a decorative punch. The black scalloped bottom finished the box nicely.
I'm giving this to my friend for her birthday this month. We've been giving Pandora charms to each other for gifts. The Pandora box fit inside nicely with some paper filling.
Here's the pretty charm I'm giving to my friend. What a nice gift to receive! I wish my friends were crafters!
The card was kept very simple. The image is from the new digital stamp set called Round Off. I cut it out using the new Fine Finish cut file. I enlarged it to create the black mat. I added a strip of the decorative paper and the decorative doily trim to match the box.
The girls have some more projects to share with you. Stop by their blogs to and check them out!
