Hi everyone! So do you notice anything new? I splurged and had a blog redesign! I've been wanting to do this for a very LOONNNGGG time and finally bit the bullet! I've been admiring Heather Rolin's Individual Blog Banners and contacted her with my wish list and look what she did for me! I love flowers and the sunflower reminds me of all the colors I adore! Fall is my fav time of the year, so I asked her to incorporate those colors into her design! And I LOVE my siggy! So clever! She did all of this in literally under two days! And to top it off, she's a sweetie! So if you are thinking about a blog redesign or a new siggy or watermark, contact her! I totally recommend her!
So, today I have something to share. My friend, Cheryl Rowley, and I got together yesterday for a class at our LSS, Buffalo Stamps & Stuff. Another good friend, Tracy Harp, joined us too! Such fun to get together with these two! I'll tell you about the class in another post. Cheryl's birthday is coming up (don't know if she wants that blogged or not), so I made a card for her to match a My Time Made Easy box called Pucker Up I made a little while ago. Do you remember this box?I made this for a JUGs challenge without a purpose for use, so it was sitting waiting for the perfect gift! I bought a star border punch from EK Success for Cheryl and it fit perfectly in this box! So I had to make a card to go along with it!
I used this week's Mojo Monday sketch for my design and all the same items I used on the box. I added the sentiment (from PTI) and put a bubble thing (don't remember what they are called!) over it. The flowers were accented with some chunky glitter for some sparkle! Here they are paired together. I think Cheryl was pleased with it and that made me happy.
I'll be back tomorrow with another Paper Makeup Stamps sneak. But we have more sneaks today...stop by the PMS blog to see the girls sneaking new Wordart and Moodys. Great stuff! Thanks for stopping in today! Let me know what you think of my new blog look and take a look at that new siggy! I'm super giddy over that one! :-) Thanks Heather!

I remember your beautiful box, Lisa and your card is adorable to go with it. What a lovely gift for Cheryl. You are a sweetie. Your BSS class sounds like a blast with good friends and stamping buddies. I just returned from a week at the cottage and am nicely rested up. Your siggy looks fabulous; I'll have to hop over to your blog to see your new look.
I LOVE my beautiful box and matching card! They are as good as (or better!) than the gift inside which is a punch I coveted!
