Chick on an Egg

This is another Easter card made with a stamp from Paper Inspirations. This one is called Chick on an Egg. Their stamps have a very vintage look to them and I'm really enjoying them. This set has the main image and several sayings for differnent occasions. They are red rubber but unmounted and stick to the acrylic blocks. I didn't have a block big enough for this, so I used a plate from the Cuttlebug. I read about how someone did this on SCS! Great trick! I inked up this stamp in Close to Cocoa and colored it with Prismacolor pencils. Very easy to do! It's mounted on Basic Grey's new Two Scoops line of paper. The ribbon is very cool...it's velvet and in a sort of ric-rac design. I used the nestabilities scallop die for the sentiment, which is also stamped in Close to Cocoa. Thanks for stopping by, and please scroll down to the other two cards I posted today!
